It is fast approaching the time of year that Tuesday night training re-starts. The season will start on Tuesday 20^th April at 7pm and will run through to 31^st August.

Following hard negotiations with the MOD and defence estates over the winter there are now much firmer procedures in place in order to allow us to continue use, please carefully read and follow the details below.

• All riders must be current members of a TVCRA member club
• All riders must be members of the TVCRA, this membership will not be issued unless you are a registered member of a club first.
• All membership applications must be sent with the correct fee and a stamped self addressed envelope to REX FACEY (see membership form for address)
• No one will be allowed onto the airbase at all without a valid TVCRA membership pass (this means you must get your pass before your first session)
• All non-riders (parents, kids, partners, coaches etc) must have a membership card as well, this is available free of charge, but again must be applied for through REX FACEY (see non rider membership form)
• No one is permitted onto the airbase before 18.00 and you must not ride before you have signed on, which will be available from 18.30
• You will be issued with a number for the season (along with your membership card), this must be worn every week, please note if you do not have it you will be charged £1 to borrow a number for that night.

There will be an open membership night next Tuesday (13^th April) at the Wydham Arms in Ilton from 7-9pm where you can bring your completed form and correct fee and you will be issued your membership card on the spot, otherwise you must get your membership applications to Rex ASAP so that he can return them to you in plenty of time.
